This is the place where our production starts: the working area of the stainless steel.
Juan Carlos, who is working with us more than 30 years, is in charge of the machine which bends the stainless steel.
We are taking care of all the parts during all the production process. Israël, who is responsible of the working area of the stainless steel, is also giving a hand from time to time for the production.
After this, Shaban and Robbert are taking care of the electrical parts and connect them together. This work requires people with an excellent knowledge.
Après cela, Shaban et Robbert s’occupent de la partie électrique qu’ils assemblent. Ce travail exige de nombreuses compétences et connaissances.
Quality control is key! Each machine is systematically tested with oil in order to guarantee a top performance of the fryer once installed and in use at the customer’s kitchen. Thank you Patrice for checking that each component has been installed correctly!
Le contrôle qualité est fondamental ! La plupart des machines sont testées (avec de l’huile !) afin de garantir qu’elles seront à 100 % optimales dans leur nouveau domicile. Merci à Patrice d’avoir vérifié que chaque composant ait été correctement installé !
Perinparasa is in charge of the table top fryers. He can produce more than 60 pieces per week on his own.
Packing is also very important and has to be done with great care to ensure the product reaches its destination without any damage or scratch. Thank you Diamantino!
Interesting to know : national shipments within Switzerland are done as much as possible by rail. Our preferred carrier comes to pick-up the goods, these are then centralised in their warehouse before being sent by rail to the nearest main railway station from the final destination. The last kilometres of transport are then done by road again.
The machine is now ready for shipping. Our warehouse with the finished products and all spare parts is carefully managed by Helder. Parcels and goods are then shipped all over the world from Valentine Fabrique S.A in Romanel-sur-Morges!
L’équipe administrative
Last but not least, here is the planning office situated at the production level. Our Production Manager Philippe plans and supervises the production lines to ensure a smooth and lean flow. He joined the company in 2013 and before that, he was a Chef.
Let’s introduce you as well the OFFICE team and let’s start with Yvan. Yvan is in charge of Research & Development as well as the after-sales service. Before taking over this position, he was our Production Manager and therefore has a great knowledge of our current and past product range.
If you call us, Adélaïde or Monique will be more than happy to help you and find solutions. They speak French, German and English. Adélaïde has two different roles: she works for the purchasing department as well as for the sale for Switzerland. Monique, our Sales & Marketing Manager, will be happy to help you if you have any questions.
Sibylle and Valérie are taking care of the administrative part for the international sales. They are both experts in export documents and procedures and make sure that the goods are correctly shipped and delivered to their final destination.
